Today i am going to be brutally honest with you here and Call you out on your excuses.
Its something i have wanted to do for a while now, not to get you down, but to hopefully inspire a change in you.
No apologies here because If i can make one person have a shift in their thinking and make a change then i would have been able to help someone!
Brace yourself, this could be emotional!
Why am i doing this?
To help the people of Deeside who want to transform, simple.
There are lots of excuses that people hide behind when looking at losing weight, getting in shape and transforming their lifestyles that pretty much always stop them from making the change.
Excuses are just barriers, that people like to put to let them escape from the fear of actually starting to reach their goals.
if you carry on doing what you are doing then you can almost certainly expect the same results you have been getting.
So if you can’t be bothered, can’t make time, Have low self confidence, feel sluggish then your results and body will mirror these.
How do you think you would feel if you had unlimited energy resources, a whole different way to think and a shed load of new found confidence in your self?
Imagine mirroring that?
Here are the typical excuses that we hear from people wanting to lose weight in Deeside….
Its definitely something i need to do but….
I don’t have the time
My partner doesn’t / won’t
Work is to busy
I struggle to stick with things
I need a kick up the arse
I need someone to tell me what to do
I know how to do it
I just need to….

The time isn’t right
I’ll start Monday
Why always me
Life isn’t fair
Bad things always happen to me
Don’t feel like I’m picking on you because I’m not.
One of the biggest things i have had to personally was to dig deep with myself and pull myself on the excuses that i use.
Then i had to question myself why i was using these and work on them. It was hard work, but worth it.
If you can relate to any of the above then try to notice when they want to crop up and kick them out immediately. These are the reason why you are not where you want to be right now, that is all.
Everything above is an excuse, final.
I’ve yet to meet someone who genuinely has no time for this…. who struggles to stick with things – if you have been eating badly and not exercising, then you can stick to that so saying you can’t stick to something has just been proven wrong.
Be hard on yourself, write out your excuses and challenge yourself.
Got no time? ok thats fine, where could you make time?
If the answer is still no here then you need to work harder and dig deeper.
If you want to be challenged even more, then ask people around you to pull you up on what excuses you use, they will be honest and notice more trust me!
I really want you to live happier, longer lives which is why i have written this.
By all means delete this and just pass it off as a load of BS and do whatever you want, but thats fine, Just remember what i said before…
If you carry on doing what your doing, then expect everything you have, feeling, emotions, weight, image, confidence, energy, stress, sleeping habits, lifestyle… to stay the same.
You can put a front on, cover it all up and pretend everything is ok and crack on with your day to lives…..
BUT the simple question is, can i carry on like this ?
If the answer is yes, then great.
If it’s no…. get to work
Deep down you know the answer.
Again, I write this because i truly care too much to just sit and let people get away with things.
