If your struggling with sugary snacks or drinks, then one of the easiest ways to go about it is to find something that is very similar, but obviously a better choice for you.
Takes hardly any time at all to make and even the kids would eat these!
If you make enough on the weekend then they will last all week, unless you eat them all of course.
